We have launched the SMS Wallet, designed to manage your account’s SMS credits.

This feature allows you to manage and track your SMS credits effortlessly and purchase SMS credits whenever required. This will ensure you have sufficient credits to streamline your communication process.

What’s Changing?

Previously our users did not have any control over SMS credits. However, to continue offering a high-quality service and to provide you with complete control over SMS, we have transitioned to a customer management credit system. 

This means that as a customer you purchase SMS credits within the Geedesk interface whenever required. 

This change will enable us to maintain and improve our service infrastructure, ensuring you receive the best possible experience.

To begin using the SMS Credits, simply log in to your account and navigate to the Admin section in the navigation bar, and click on Wallets.

Under Wallets, you can manage your SMS wallet and purchase additional SMS credits as and when required. 

We believe this update will significantly enhance your ability to manage your SMS communications effectively.
