Streamlined Ticket Creation Process

At Geedesk, our primary focus is on helping hotels manage guest complaints efficiently by automating the ticket-assigning process.

Even though the “Create Ticket” feature was used more often than the VIP alert system, users had to scroll to access it, while the VIP alert was always visible without scrolling.

To address this, we have made a significant enhancement to the user interface.

The “Create Ticket” feature is now conveniently located right next to the “New Tickets” section on the home screen. This change allows you to create tickets more quickly and efficiently.

This also provides an added advantage to parallelly create and view the status of the tickets simultaneously right from the dashboard.

Updated VIP Alert System

While the ticket creation process has been streamlined, we have also made adjustments to the VIP alert system to ensure it remains easily accessible.

The VIP alert option has been moved to the left side menu bar of the home page.

By selecting “VIP Alert” from this menu, you can continue to create VIP alerts as before, with no changes to the functionality.
