Property Dashboard supports multiple properties. This would be very useful for corporate hotel chains where reports from multiple properties can be viewed on a single dashbaord.
Property Dashboard offers a 360° view of the complaint management process in one or more hotels.
Metrics like daily new and open tickets flow, along with escalated tickets are part of the property dashboard.
Property Dashboard is enabled by default for users in the admin and manager role. It can be activated from the Geedesk admin console and multiple properties can be linked once the property dashboard is activated for a particular user.
